How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $4.99 for standard shipping across the United States — no matter the size of your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. If it hasn't arrived, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Can I cancel my order?
As orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, our window to cancel is very short. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@haroldshaw.com. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee cancellation once your order is being processed.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@haroldshaw.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 20 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
