If for any reason that is not the case, this page explains how returns work, what qualifies, and how refunds are processed. We have kept things as straightforward as possible — if anything is unclear, just get in touch.
Our Returns Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after this window has closed will not be accepted, so please get in touch promptly if you need to return something.

Item Eligibility
To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions at the time they are received back by us:
- Unworn and unwashed — the item must not have been used
- All original tags must still be attached
- Returned in the original packaging in good condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, are missing tags, or are returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned items before approving a refund.
How to Start a Return
Returns must be authorised before being sent back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be processed.
To begin a return, email us at support@haroldshaw.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will review your request and respond within one business day with instructions on how to proceed, including where to send your item.
Return Shipping
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service for your return. Harold Shaw cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order, but occasionally mistakes happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@haroldshaw.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you received the wrong item or something that is not in the condition it should be, please contact us at support@haroldshaw.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 20 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you have not received your refund after 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@haroldshaw.com. Because we process orders quickly, cancellations can only be made before your order has been packed. Once dispatched, you will need to follow the standard returns process after receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items returned outside the 60-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items without proof of purchase
- Original shipping fees
